Nice location in the dells for adults with no kids who are in town for events! There is a smaller pool, but no a hot tub at this location. I wish I would have paid a little more attention to that. Staff were friendly each time we interacted with them and checked in with us throughout the stay. Rooms were quiet and clean. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a different variety of hot food each morning! We would stay here again.
First of all, the diamond member parking is awesome. also appreciate the fact that they have a pool and fitness center. Breakfast was just what you would expect and maybe a little more. Staff was super nice, just not always present at the front desk. Room was very clean, and appreciate the large TV and good wifi. Not a luxury destination for sure, but it was exactly as promised.
We arrived and were informed that somehow our room type had been overbooked. The attendant notified the manager by phone and upgraded us to their best suite. We have used this hotel numerous times over several years and have always returned because it's clean, has great service and the breakfast is first rate. When you find a winner, why go anywhere else?
Great hotel the rooms are nice and the manager Jason at the front was amazing he took great care of us. He made sure we were good everyday and always ready greater us with a smile. Jason is an asset to this hotel I hope the managers know this he made our stay an excellent one.
Very pleasant place to stay. The room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast well stocked and cared for. Good location not too close to highway noise. Nice pool.
Overall, great hotel. Only negatives for me were that the pool is only a toddler size and there is no adult pool and no hot tub. So if you're a young couple with a toddler great but older kids not so much. The only other thing might be that t.v. channel selection isn't great but does have a box that allows you to sign into your streaming accounts but beware as you have to log out in your Netflix app on your phone as it did not exit the app when using t.v. remote. I liked the pull up side table in the room and the long shower stall (no bath). Hope my review helps.
I had a very nice one night stay here. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool has some basketball hoops and children's wet play area as well. The fitness room has weights, an elyptical, a bike and a treadmill.
Rooms were clean, Front desk staff were friendly, and Restaurants are close. Breakfast not alot of variety but all food was good! Would definitely stay again.
